Terms & Conditions


All goods and services must be paid for in full before any vehicles or goods will be released.

All goods remain the property of Alders Automotive until payment has been received in full, Any vehicles that have undergone repair work will not be released until payment has been received in full. 


Any special order parts must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order. Special order parts may not be returned or cancelled once ordered unless the goods are faulty. 


Any modified vehicles that require further calibration or set up to the transmission will not be covered under warranty and any additional work will be charged out at our current hourly rate. plus any additional parts that may be required will be billed accordingly. You will be provided with an estimated cost for any additional work once a vehicle assessment has been carried out. 


We accept payment via Bank transfer, Cash, Debit Card & most major Credit cards. Any international payments must be made via a bank transfer. 

Any vehicle with insufficient amount of fuel for testing will be charged a minimum of £50.00 for fuel. We recommend that your vehicle has a full tank of fuel when delivered to us.


 Any vehicles, goods or transmissions that are not collected and paid for in full within 7 working days of completion will be stored for a maximum period of 30 days thereafter at a rate of £10.00 per day for good's & transmissions and £20.00 per day for vehicles. We cannot guarantee that completed vehicles will be stored undercover. After the 30 day period if the vehicle remains uncollected and any outstanding balance has not been paid Alders Automotive reserves the right to dispose of the transmission, goods or vehicle by the method of sale to recover our costs.
