Transmission Warranty

All of our reconditioned transmissions & torque converters come with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty. Whichever is sooner?
In the unfortunate event of your transmission or torque converter failing within the warranty period, Alders Automatics
Will cover parts and labour only all warranty work must be carried out in our own workshops. it is the customer’s responsibility to return the vehicle or transmission to us for any warranty repair work to be undertaken. We will not be held liable for any additional cost incurred by the customer. Including recovery of the vehicle, hire cars, loss of earnings, Third party repairers, etc.
 
Warranty will become void in the event of transmission failure arising from, overheating, blocked transmission oil cooler, contamination from oil cooler, Water or glycol contamination, Electrical faults, incorrect installation, incorrect transmission fluid used, incorrect fluid level. Or misuse.
 
Any racing transmissions will only be covered against faulty Workmanship only, and will not cover parts.
In the event of death or injury whilst using our transmissions We accept no responsibility.
Warranty covers repair only. No Refunds will be given.

Extended Warranty Program
Alders Automotive offers an extended warranty program on all of it's automatic transmissions. If the vehicle is returned to us after the first 12 months or 12,000 miles for an automatic transmission flush service we will extend your warranty by a further 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever is the sooner. This service is chargeable and prices may vary depending on the type of vehicle.
