Come with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty. Whichever is sooner
In the unfortunate event of your transmission torque converter
Failing within the warranty period Alders Automatics
Will cover parts and labour only at our own workshops and we will
Not be held liable for any additional cost incurred by the customer.
Including recovery of of vehicle, hire cars, loss of earnings,
Third party repairers, etc. It is the customers reasonability to
return the vehicle or transmission to us for repair at their cost.
Warranty will be void in the event of transmission failure
Due to overheating, water contamination, electrical faults, or misuse.
Any racing transmissions will only be covered against faulty
Workmanship, and will not cover parts.
In the event of death or injury whilst using our transmissions
We accept no reasonability.
Warranty covers repair only. No Refunds will be given.
By authorising work to be carried out you have agreed

Payments to be made in full before vehicle or transmission will be
Released .
Any vehicles not collected within five days of completion
Will be charged a storage fee of £10.00 per day there after.
All payments to be made via cash, debit or credit card
Cheque payments not accepted.
